| Yes, instructors can set up a class mailing list online using Account Services on the Web. 1. Log in at http://www.asw.iastate.edu/. 2. Click "Manage List", then "Create a class list". 3. The classes that you are assigned to as an instructor will appear. Click on the class for which you want to set up a mailing list. 4. Once your list is created, you can view the list properties. Enable the "mail" property. Your list will be created overnight and will be functional the next day. The lists will update if anyone drops or adds the class. Lists are updated every day for the first 2 weeks of the semester, and weekly thereafter. If your class is not listed in step 3 above, contact the Registrar's Office for further assistance. | |
