SecurID Server Software Updates (Completed) Software updates will be applied to the RSA SecurID Server rsa-1. During this time authentications will be handled by the replica server, rsa-2, but no database modifications such as assigning users/tokens, PIN/password changes, or provisioning agents will be possible. Once rsa-1 is updated, the same updates will be applied to rsa-2. Updates to rsa-2 will not impact service availability. |

Panopto Server is Down (Resolved) The Panopto server is currently experiencing difficulties and is not accessible. Until it comes back up, no new sessions will be processed and existing sessions are not available. Recordings can continue but cannot be uploaded until the server returns to operation. No estimate yet of when that will be. |

Virtual Server Environment hardware updates (Completed) Firmware updates will be done to a portion of the hardware servers that support the virtual server environment. No downtime is expected for any services during this time. All VMs will run from the primary data center during the update process and the secondary site will be unavailable until the upgrades are completed. |

Blackboard Learn Problems Reported (Resolved) At approximately 10:25 am, the Solution Center began receiving calls from people unable to connect to the Blackboard Learn servers caused by updates to the underlying VM infrastructure. Staff are aware of the situation and expect to restore the service soon. Information about when the service will be restored will be posted here when available. |

Partial campus NAT outage 1:50pm-1:53pm on 2/3/2012 (resolved) Internet connectivity was unavailable to a small set of campus computers using NAT services (with IP addresses 10.25.x.x) from 1:50pm to 1:53pm on 2/3/2012 (Friday). On-campus IP connectivity for these computers was unaffected. Users with other IP addresses were also unaffected. The outage was caused by a cabling failure. ITS networking is reviewing the failure in order to eliminate such failures in the future. |
