Once a product is selected, appropriate roles and support levels are determined. The client and Information Technology Services contract the service and partnering agreement for the costs. Purchase, install, and maintain any necessary server hardware. -
Server Software (OS/Database/Application)
Purchase, install, maintain, and act as vendor support contact for any required server software. Server software may include operating system software (AIX/UNIX, Linux, Novell, z/OS and OS/390, and Windows), database software (DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server), and application software. -
Professional Staff Support
Provide professional staff to support operating system, database, operations, programmer/analyst, and workstation/client issues.
